Our initial eview <br />indicates that al preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined and <br />Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 32, Section 34-32-~ have bee <br />submitted; thus your application has been deemed complete or the pu poses of <br />filing on this date. All review and discussion time periods as prov ded for <br />by the Act and the Rules & Regulations promulgated thereunder initia a from <br />this date of filing, unless you notify us by December 24 1985 th t you <br />wish a later filing date, as per amended RULE 1.1 0 of the aforeme tinned <br />Rules & Regulations. Please refer to this RULE concerning compliant with <br />local government zoning, as well. <br />The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mine -Land <br />Reclamation Board is December 18-1~ 1985. You should commence publ cation of <br />a notice of the filing of this application accordingly (see reverse ide for <br />notice format). Notice requirements can be found in RULE 3.2 ecause <br />the date for consideration may be subject to revision, please do not include <br />it in your notice. For Limited Impact permit applications, the fins date for <br />filing of objections, which must be stated in the publication, must a 48 <br />hours before this tentative date for Board consideration. <br />You must also place a copy of this application for public review, le s <br />confidential items, with the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder. Any <br />subsequent changes or additions to the copies on file in our offices must also <br />be made in this local government copy. <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board recommends that all mine operators heck <br />compliance of their mining operation(s) with State water law.
