Jones' letters regarding the matter cited
above on December 9, 1991. To follow up on her letters and our phone
conversation of December 9th, you should consider the following.
Even though the asphalt batch plant is not operating at present, you must
submit application for a technical revision covering the operation location
and reclamation of the asphalt plant per Rule 1.9 of the Mineral Rules and
Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board. A copy of this rule
is enclosed. A fee of $150 must accompany the application.
The Technical Revision application must include all of the information
provided in your earlier December 9th correspondence plus location and
dimensions of the facility and its location within the permit area. Location
of the facility must be shown on a map of the permit area. Your application
for technical revision is subject to Division approval.
Per your request, I am enclosing copies of your most recent inspection
reports. If you have further questions or comments, please feel free to
contact us.
Sincerely,
~~ ~/~~~
Harry H.
