Green/Croissant Property Sand and Gravel Mine, File <br />No. M-2001-022 <br />Corps File No. 200180205 <br />Dear Mr. Mount: <br />Reference is made to the above-mentioned project located in the N''/z of Section 30, Township 5 <br />North, Range 67 West, Weld County, Colorado. <br />If any work associated with this project requires the placement of tiredged or fill material, and <br />any excavation associated with a dredged or fill project, either temporary or permanent, in waters of the <br />United States at this site, this office should be notified by a proponent of the project for proper <br />Department of the Army permits or changes in permit requirements pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean <br />Water Ac[. Waters of [he U.S. includes ephemeral, intermittent and perennial streams [heir surface <br />connected wetlands and adjacent wetlands and certain lakes and ponds that have a nexus to interstate <br />commerce. <br />Work in waters of the U.S. should be shown on a map with a list identifying the Quarter Section, <br />Township, Range and County, and Latitude and Longitude to seconds or the UTM coordinates of each <br />area of work. <br />If there are any questions concerning this matter please call Mr. Terry McKee of this office at <br />303-979-4120 and reference Corps File No. 200180205. <br />Office <br />tm <br />Sincerely, <br />
