All comment and review periods <br />began on December 10, 1997. The decision date for your application is schedlded for March 10, 1998. <br />Within ten (l0) days after submittal, you must publish notice in a newspaper of general circula[ion in the locliry of the <br />proposed mining operation once a week for four (4) consecu[ive weeks. Immediately after the first publication, mail <br />a copy of the notice to all owner of record of surface rights and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet <br />of the boundary of the affected land. Proof of notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail - Re[urn Receip[ Requested, <br />mus[ be submitted to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date.
