.., <br />.~ <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Fremont Paving & Redi -Mix, Inc. whose address and telephone number is: 839 Mackenzie Avenue, <br />Canon City, CO. 81215, (719) 275-1280, has filed an application for a Reclamation Permit with the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the <br />Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Fremont Paving - Franciscotti Pit <br />#1 and is located on the Ted Franciscotti property in the SE/4 and NE/4, Section 34, Township 26 S., <br />Range 67 W and the NE/4 of Section 3, Township 27 S., Range 67 W., of the 6'" Colorado Principal <br />Meridian, Huerfano County, Colorado on a 282 acre site. The proposed date of completion is 2067. The <br />proposed future use of the land is for rangeland. <br />Additional information and the tentative and final decision date may be obtained from the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining & Safety (DRM&S), 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado, 80203, <br />(303) 866-3567, or at the Huerfano County Clerk and Recorders office, 401 Main SVeet, Walsenburg, <br />Colorado, 81089, or dte above named applicant. A complete copy of the application is available at the <br />above named County Clerk and Recorder's office and at the Division's office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the Division <br />of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 p.m. 20 days following the day/date of the last and final publication of the <br />Public Notice in a local publication. <br />"/n the case of a 112 Reclamation Permit Application, such written comments, protests, and petitions for <br />a hearing must be received by the Offrce not more than twenty (1U) calendar after the last datejor the <br />newspaper publication of notice of application provided for in Subparagraphs /.6.1(/)(d) and /.6.3(3).
