On April 30, 1996, the Division of Minerals and Geology found your application package fora 112
Construction Materials Reclamation Permit for the North R-34 Pit, File No. M-96-008 complete for
technical review.
In accordance with Rule 1.8, a new decision date, July 30, 1996, has been established. As we discussed,
if you have already published notice, for this application, you will need to re-publish the public notice.
This public notice shall be published four times, once a week for four consecutive weeks, beginning
within 10 days of the date the application is considered submitted. The final date for receiving comments
is ten (30) days after the date of publication or the next regulaz business day.
You aze not required to re-notice the agencies for which you have already provided proof of mailing,
however, as required in Rule 1.6.2(e) and 1.6.5, please confirm a copy of the public notice has been sent
by certified mail to any and all Owners of Record within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land.
Prior to approval, the Office must receive proof of mailing of the public notice.
This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in your
application. The Division will review your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the
requirements of the Act after submittal of all required items.
