The proposed mining project as identified to us would involve <br />strictly private lands in T. 18 S., R. 69 W., Section 7 and 8 and T. 18 S., <br />R. 70 W., Section 12, :~11 in the 6th Principal Meridian. <br />Should the development in this area involve more than the casual use of the <br />adjacent public lands Ilse operator must notify the BLM prior to this distur- <br />bance in order for us to assist him in meeting the requirements of 43 CFR 3809, <br />Surface Management of the public lands under U.
