Access: County Road 31; local road <br />As hereafter conditioned, the proposal complies with th~ intent and <br />I <br />purposes of the Comprehensive Plan and the County Zoning Resolution. <br />4. As hereafter conditioned, the proposal is generally compatible with <br />surrounding land uses and will not affect land values in the area. <br />5. Quarries have operated on this site or in the vicinity since abut 1887. The <br />stone product is of high local and national importance, and is fdund in uite limited <br />quantities. It is difficult to establish a timetable for the proposed us ~ <br />,because of <br />unknown future variables such as market conditions. It would be appropriate and in the <br />interest of the public health and safety for an air emissions permit to be obtained. <br />6. As hereafter conditioned, the proposal will not affect the 1}ublic health, <br />welfare, prosperity, or safety by creating undesirable traffic <br />sanitary conditions, overburdening of utilities or adverse environmental in <br />area. <br />7. The County Planning Commission on February 26, 1986 <br />conditional approval of the request. <br />RESOLQTION <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has made its <br />undesirable <br />in the <br />mended <br />upon the <br />petition and upon the resolution of the Larimer County Planning Comm ssion, which <br />findings precede this resolution, and by reference are incorporated herein i <br />and made a <br />part hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has carefully co sidered the <br />petition, resolution, evidence and testimony presented to it, and has given t e same such <br />weight as it in its discretion deems proper, and is now fully advised in the pr mises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the petition of Neil C. tend Arlis M. <br />
