~II III'IIIIIIII~III
sss
Exhibit "A"
Darcll and Twila Leroux are requesting a "Conditional Use Permit" for a gravel pit, on
property owned by applicant. There is a strong need for gravel in Custer County, according to
local contractors. Gravel and related materials will be made available to customers such as,
contractors, individuals, county, slate and municipalities on need and supply. Reclamation will
be done in accordance with state and reclamation laws.
f~uS i ~KIetSG
The only environmental problem that we may Foresee is the dust issue. Fiowever, if and
when dust becomes a problem, we could water the area either 6y sprinklers or water tn~ck,
depending on the need. Noise, however should not be a problem, due to the fact that the location
is away from population. We do not foresee any problems with smoke or odors.
