<br /> <br />~' <br />3.1.5(3), in part, all highwalls shall be stabilized. You need to demonstrate compliance with the <br />applicable performance standards of Rule 3.1.5(3) by submitting a slope stability analyses for those <br />highwalls that are steeper than 3:1. <br />Exhibit D - c(i) - provide a narrative to explain how topsoil will be replaced. Especially on the <br />disturbed highwall areas. <br />Exhibit D - c(ii) -explain how the highwall disturbance will be scarified. <br />-Exhibit D - c(iii) -the proposed seed mix does not agree with the seed mix on the reclamation plan <br />map.
