Leo Carlson and John Peterson from the COE in <br />Omaha visited the sight and reviewed the preliminary mining and reclamation plans. <br />This included the riprap at locations where the river is at an attack angle <br />(erosional angle) to the bank. <br />They stated that no 404 permit would be required for our plans. They did say <br />that if we decided to put material in the river or take sand from the river, we <br />I would need a permit.
