Board issued Permit No. 77-344 to IDEAL BASIC INDUSTRIES to conduct
quarry minim operations for the purpose of extracting

Board approved IDEAL BASIC INDUSTRIES amendment request;
[~]HE:RE4S, for the purposes of amending Permit No. 77-344, a copy of the
amendment approved by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board is attached
to the permit and thereby becomes apart of the terms thereof.
NOW T1IEREFnRE, pursuant to its authority as set forth in the Colorado
Mined Land Recl.atnation Act, article 32 of title 34, C.R.S. 1973, as amended,
the Colorado Land Reclamation Board hereby amends Permit No. 77-344 issued to
IDEAL BASIC INDUSTRIES on March 10. 1978 (and amended on January 29, 1981
(and)(revised on ) as follows:

All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. 77-344 remain in full
force and effect.
