Seismic refrac[iors profile at 42+00. <br />42+00 <br />Seismic refraction results reveal a second layer of higher velocity material which is shallow (-J6 ft) on the <br />southwest slope and deeper (-13 ft) on the northeast slope (Figure 23). The velocity of the first layer is <br />typical of unconsolidated sediments.
