Uept. c9 P!aiurai Hesoerces <br />Re: Adams County Colorado Planning Commission <br />Case it6-77-EP <br />Consolidated Rock - Mobil Premix Concrete, Inc. <br />Final Plat, Excavati;lg a;ld Reclamai.io;l Plans <br />Dear Mrs. Ferguson: <br />As suggested by the Adams County Planning <br />Commission at the March 9, 1978 hearing, we hereby agree <br />to the following plan to restore the natural flow into the <br />Young Ditch to your property. <br />As per our previous discussions and verbal <br />agreement, we have constructed a 12" culvert pipe under <br />the earth berm along the north boundary of our property <br />and aligned with the south end of your Youl~g Ditcil. Should <br />your Young Ditch dry up and you desire additional water, we <br />will pumr c,~ater from our lake through this 12" culvert to <br />your ditch. ive agree to furnish water in tills manner until <br />such time as we can rebuild the Young Ditch. <br />At ~uch time as we have the a_oprooriate <br />equipment available, we will rebuilQ the Young Ditch from <br />our soutlT property line along a line approximately paral- <br />leling the Fulton Ditch to a point opposite the old Howe <br />Home and then on a line to coincide with the present <br />~ Young Ditch on your south property line. We will leave an <br />area wide enough between our east property lisle and the <br />• resulting lake to accomodate tlTis ditch. <br />As required by the Plan,liny Conanission <br />alld as shown on the reclamation plan, we will construct <br />an exit structure on Bull Seep at an appropriate elevation <br />so as to rllail,tain a flow of water across your property. <br />
