The Sover material will be placed pazallel to the contours acid the " <br />surface will be left in a.roughened state in order to minimize wind and water erosion prior to <br />topsoil placement or revegetation. <br />During.construction; a Registered Professional Engineer will inspen the backfilling operation <br />during critical stages of construnion including removal of any organic material or topsoil, <br />placement and companion.of fill material and placement of suitable cover material. In addition, <br />ante every two weeks during cbnstrunion, compaction will be confirmed using.a nuclear <br />den3itp tester: <br />U on tom etion of'the backfill the Registered En ineer will submit a certified report.
