Inc. (Operator) has applied for a Construction Materials Limited Impact Reclamation Permit from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board ("the Board") Known as the Clear Creek Construction Materials Mine to conduct a mining operation in Garfield County. The attached information is being provided to notify you of the location and nature of the proposed operation. The entire application is on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) (the Division), and the Garfield Clerk and Recorder. The applicant proposes to reclaim the land as close to undisturbed as possible. This notice is being delivered to you since the proposed mine is located in a portion of the SW 1/4SE1/4 of Section 36, and a portion of the N2 of section 4, Townships 5 & 6 South, Range 98 West, of the 6`s P.M., Garfield County, Colorado, not exceeding 8.0 acres. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed operation. Please note that, in order to ensure your right to a hearing before the Board on this application, you must submit written comments on the application within ten (10) days after the applicant's newspaper publication.
