~ N <br />Exhibit C <br />Please submit a map locating the pit and adjacent structures if any, i.e. <br />ditches, drainages, roads, mining facilities, topsoil stockpile, etc. Also <br />submit a copy of a U.S.G.S. topographic map locating the site from the nearest <br />land-mark or town. <br />Exhibit 0 <br />Please submit more soils and vegetation information; contact your local S.C.S. / <br />office. Concerning wildlife, please contact your local Division of Wildlife d/ <br />Office. Ccncerning water resources, please state if this will be a wet or dry <br />pit. Will any ditches or drainages be affected? Your map indicates a ditch <br />crossing the property, please clarify. <br />Exhibit E <br />Final grading should conform with the land use. If it is for grazing, slopes <br />should be no steeper than 3H:1V. If it is for other purposes, no steeper than <br />2H:1V is recommended. <br />Is the entire 8.26 acres to be mined? If not, how much will be mined? Will <br />the entire site be a feed storage area when relcaimed? The Division strongly <br />recommends topsoil salvage for use in areas outside of the feed storage area. <br />Seeding is also recommended. Please submit more information as to topsoil <br />replacement and depth and seed mixture. Topsoil stockpiles should be graded <br />and quick-seeded far protection until used for final reclamation. <br />Exhihit H <br />The Division will recommend a $5,000.00 financial warranty to the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board, unless you submit information detailing <br />reclamation costs. Please review Rule 7.4 as to the type of financial <br />warranty you will be submitting. Warranties are usually posted after Board <br />approval. Enclosed are the necessary forms. <br />
