Rationale for Approval Recommendation May 8, 2001 <br />Four States Aggregates, LLC <br />Line Camo Pit. File No. M-2001-001 <br />address wildlife habitat or recreation post-mining land use. Additionally, the Act and <br />Rules do not require that affected lands be restored to resemble apre-mining natural <br />environment. Pursuant to Rule 6.4.5, the reclamation plan must support the post-mining <br />land use, as selected by the applicant, in consultation with the landowner. <br />DMG has reviewed the permit application and has determined that that the selected post- <br />mining land use is appropriate and that the reclamation plan appropriately supports the <br />selected post-mining land use. <br />12.
