• previous years for this well. The pH values for well GE-3 were also similar and above
neutral,
Twenty Mile Sandstone weft GF-1 generally contains water with a pH near neutral,
while the latest pH from U aquifer well (GF-2) was 8.0. The KLM aquifer well (GF-3) at this
site contained water with a pH greater than 8. A similar pH was observed for the HI
aquifer at well GF-4 in 2000. Backfill well GF-5 had field pH values above 7.5 in 2000,
while the field pH for backfill well GF-7 was just below neutral at 6.9. The field pH values
in backfill well GF-11 for 2000 were near neutral. The field pH in well GF-6 (QR) was also
near neutral in 2000.
Well GP-1 (QR) has water with pH values above 8.0, while well GP-2 (KLM) water
was above neutral in 2000. The field pH values for wells GP-3 and GP-4 have shown little
• ~ change fur water rntlected from the HI and Ia_M aquifers, respectively. Well GP-3 has
generally had pH values near neutral, while values for well GP-4 have been around 9.
Wells GP-5 and GP-6 are completed in the QR aquifer. The field pH values from
well GP-5 are generally above 8, while the pH from well GP-6 is generally above 7.
The 2000 field pH values for HI aquifer welt GP-7 were 6.9 and 7.1, while welt GP-8
(fCLM) water had field pH values of 8.0 and 8.1 in 2000. The 3rd White Sandstone aquifer
well GP-9 field pH values are typically near neutral.
The alluvia! (P-1), Lewis Shale (P-3), 2nd White (P-5), and 3rd White Sandstone (P-
8) wells in Pyeatt Gulch all contain water with field pH that is generally near neutral. The
field pH values for well 81-03a are generally above 8 units. The field pH values for the
GLUX-1 well were 7.8 and 7.4 in 2000. The field pH for well GMP-1 was near 8 in 2000.

3-9
