Lonp, <br />DIVIeIOn DIteC10r <br />Pursuant to my inspection of 18 May 1992, the comments and clarifications <br />provided at that time, and supplementary information provided by your office, <br />the Mined Land Reclamation Division is pleased to approved your permit <br />ar~lication for the above named project. <br />An outstanding issue to consider is the Colorado Historical Society's letter <br />regarding the need for a cultural resources inventory. As the field <br />Conditions indicate, virtually all of this property has been disturbed by <br />pre-law mining and this may affect the protocol if not the actual need for a <br />cultural resources survey.
