Box 821, Vail, CO 81658; (970) 926-3737, has filed an <br />application for a Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Permit with the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation <br />Act for the harvesting of surface rock from a talus slope. The proposed harvesting site is known <br />as the Conger Harvesting Area, and is located in the NE114, NEIi4 Section 28, Township 1 IS, <br />Range 88W, Sixth Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is May 1, 1998, aad the proposed date of completion is <br />Apri130, 1998. The proposed future use of the land is Wildlife Habitat.
