Please have Ms. <br />Stephanie Flint indicate that she is with the Lorimer County Clerk and Recorder's Office. <br />EXHIBIT J -Proof of Mailing Notices of Permit Aoolicafion (Rule 6.3.10): The Division cannot <br />accept the receipt submitted that shows you notified the Natural Resource Conservation Service Iocated at <br />the Fort Collins Field Office. This is a Federal Agency. You must notify the State Agency, which is the <br />Soil Conservation District Office located either at the Big Thompson Soil Conservation District, 3825 <br />Stazlite Dr., Fort Collins, CO 80524 or the Fort Collins Soil Conservation District, 1415 N. College Ave, <br />Ste 3, Fort Collins, CO 80524. In order to determine which Soil Conservation District Office you should <br />mail your notification to call Ms. Jeanene Hess at (970) 482-5340 or (970) 221-0611. <br />You are required to submit all of the information requested above to the Cou~y Clerk and Recorder's Office and <br />submit proof to the Division that the changes were made at the Clerk and Recorder's Office. <br />Your application will not be considered filed until the information listed above is received and found sufficient to <br />begin our review. A decision date will be established 30 days from the date of receipt of all of the requested <br />infomratian. You have sixty (60} days from the above date to submit all of the necessary documerrts that the <br />Office needs for an application to be considered filed. If, at the end of the sixty day period, the application has <br />not been determined to be filed with the Office, the Office shall deny the application and termurate the application <br />file. <br />Additionally, if you have already published notice you will need to republish notice, after the Division considers <br />the application submitted. Republication must occur once within ten (10) days of the submittal date. We will <br />notify you when you should initiate republication of your notice. The final date for receiving wmments is ten (10) <br />days after the date of publication or the next regular business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other Technical deficiencies in your application.
