<br />EXHIBIT A <br />Legal Description <br />A parcel of land being a part of Section Thirty-one (31), <br />7ti~wnship Twenty-eight (28) South, Range Seventy-three (73) West, <br />6th P.M., Alamosa County, Colorado, more particularly described <br />a.a follows: <br />BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Section Six (6), <br />Township Thirty-eight North, Range Thirteen (13) East, <br />N.M.P.M., a 1972 BLM brass cap; THENCE South O1°51' West <br />along the West line of said Section Thirty-one (31) a <br />distance of 1,000 feet; THENCE South 88°09' East a <br />distance of 871 feet; THENCE North O1°51' East a distance <br />of 1,000 feet; THENCE North 88°09 West a distance of 871 <br />feet to the point of beginning, containing 20 acres, <br />more or less. <br />In additon, a 30 foot wide access road was built in Section 6, <br />T.38N.,R.13E., N.M.P.M., as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Section 6, T.38N., <br />R.13E., N.M.P.M., a 1972 BLM brass cap; THENCE south 30 <br />feet to the center line of said access road; THENCE west <br />1600 feet to the intersection of State Highway 160; <br />containing 48,000 square feet or 1.1 acres, more or less. <br />
