<br />EXHIBIT K <br />Climate <br /> <br />The mine site is located on the west side of the Sangre <br />D' Cristo Mountain Range of the San Luis Valley. The area is <br />considered to be semi-arid recieving less than 15 inches per <br />year of moisture. Suimner temperatures seldom exceed 80°F <br />and Winter temperatures can drop as low as -50°F. Prevailing <br />winds are from the West. , <br />
