Upon review of Exhibit A, Legal Description, the 6th Principal Meridian <br />was marked in item number 9 of the Application form. <br />2. Please specify the quarter/quarter section the central point of the permit <br />area occupies. <br />EXHIBIT A - LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />3. Exhibit A specifies that the Test Leach and Office Site, comprising 10 <br />acres, is included within the permit area. However, the area is opt portrayed <br />on the Mining Plan or Reclamation Plan Maps. Please illustrate these areas on <br />the Mining Plan and Reclamation Plan Maps. <br />EXHIBIT B - INDEX MAP <br />4. Persuant to the Minerals Rules and Regulations 2.1.2(3), the Index Map is <br />required to show the regional location of the affected land and all roads and <br />other access to the area. A standard U.S. Geological Survey topographic <br />quadrangle or equivalent is acceptable. Please provide a map conforming to the <br />requirements such that site access may be facilitated. <br />EXHIBIT C - PRE-MINING AND MINING PLAN MAPS <br />5 As Figure J-1, Vegetation Map, illustrates existing topography ~f the area <br />with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the direction and rate of <br />slope of the affected land, it will suffice as the Pre-mining Map. <br />6. DELETED, but did not feel like renumbering remainder of document, since it <br />will be merged with others comments... <br />
