WE MAY CHOOSE TO LEAVE IT UP TO <br />REGULATE CATTLE DURING THE RECLAMATION PROCESS OR IF IT <br />HINDERS OUR OPERATION WE WILL TAKE THE FENCE DOWN. <br />2) THE ACTUAL CONTOUR OR THE PIT PROHIBITS ANY DRAINAGE FROM <br />THE PIT TO EITHER SIMMS CREEK OR ELEVEN MILE RESERVOIR. <br />3) WE WILL STRIP 6 INCHES OF SURFACE THAT IS LEFT ON THE <br />UNDISTURBED PORTION OF THE PIT TO USE AS A GROWTH MEDIUM <br />FOR THE RECLAMATION PROCESS. WE WILL REPLACE 6 INCHES OR <br />ALL AVAILABLE TOP SOIL. ALSO DURING OUR ROAD CL7VSTRLICTION <br />PROCESS IN THE GENERAL AREA, WE WILL HAUL ALL THE <br />AVAILABLE TOP SOIL FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITES TO THE PIT <br />FOR LATER USE. THE CURRENT STOCK PILES FIGURE OUT TO BE <br />ABOUT 4000 YARDS OF MATERIAL THAT IS CLASSIFIED AS A <br />GROWTH MEDIUM. WE PLAN TO KEEP THIS MATERIAL FOR THE <br />RECLAMATION PROCESS UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO HAUL IN <br />ACTUAL TOPSOIL FROM JOB SITES IN WHICH CASE WE WILL USE <br />THE GROWTH MEDIUM. IN EITHER CASE THERE WILL BE AT LEAST <br />4000 YARDS OF SOME SORT OF GROWTH MEDIUM FOR RECLAMATION <br />PURPOSES. ALSO WE WILL PUT DOWN TOP SOIL AS WE BRING <br />IT IN TO RECLAIM THE PIT AS WE GO IF POSSIBLE. <br />4) THE MATERIAL AS DESCRIBED TO ME IS A DECOMPOSED GRANITE <br />IN THE GENERAL SIZE RANGE OF 4 INCHES PLUS OR MINUS. <br />YES, WASTE ROCK AND OVERBURDEN IS AN OTHER NAME FOR <br />PITRUN. <br />5) A DOZER WILL BE USED TO PUSH THE PIT RUN INTO A STOCK <br />PILE. IF SURFACE MATERIAL IS USED WE WILL SCREEN THE <br />MATERIAL. THE USE OF A LOADER TO LOAD THE MATERIAL ONTO <br />TRUCKS THAT WILL HAUL THE MATERIAL DIRECTLY TO THE JOB <br />SITE. IF PITRUN IS USED IT WILL BE LOADED DIRECTLY FROM <br />THE STOCK PILES TO THE TRUCKS VIA FRONT END LOADER. <br />6) THE CURRENT S I ZE OF THE P I T I S ABOUT 4 ACRES AND THE <br />TOTAL SIZE OF THE PIT WHEN FINISHED WILL BE ABOUT 9 <br />ACRES. <br />7) YES THE REMAINING GRAVEL PIT WILL BE LEVEL AND THE SLOPES <br />WILL NOT EXCEED 3:1. RAYMOND AND CAROLYN RUGLOSKI ALSO <br />OWN THE PROPERTY TO THE NORTH OF THE PARK COUNTY PROPERTY <br />
