The inspection was performed on September 15, 1997. <br />The following report is based upon an examination of only those portions of the premises <br />that were readily accessible and could be visually inspected. No inspection was made in <br />areas obstructed, concealed, or closed off; or in areas which required the dismantling, <br />' removal, or movement of any object. <br />The condition of the inspected premises may change after the date of inspection due to <br />' many factors such as weather, fire, moisture, leaks, actions taken by the owner or others, <br />or the passage of time. This report deals with the conditions of the premises at the time <br />of inspection. <br />Inspection, September 15.1997: <br />' Photo # 1 -Shows the name plate on the well. <br />Photo #2 - Is an identification photo of the well site looking from the west and shows, <br />from right to left, the well, the two holding tanks, the two old, discarded holding tanks, <br />and the out-of service de-watering unit. <br />• <br />1 <br />
