County Road 13, Loveland, Colorado, 80538, (970) 667-2178, has filed an application for a Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extracticn of Coostructioa Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Bonner Pit and is located in the SE'/. of Section 16, andthe SW'/. of Section 15, Township 5 North, Range 68 West, 6'" Prime Meridian. The proposed date of commencement is June 2002, and the proposed date of completion is June 2017. The proposed future use of the land is agriailtural.
