Ranch <br />Please be advised: <br />Coulson Excavating Co., 3609 N. County Road 13, Loveland, Colorado, 80538, (970) 667-2178, has filed <br />an application for a Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under <br />provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extracticn of Coostructioa Materials. The <br />proposed mine is known as the Bonner Pit and is located in the SE'/. of Section 16, andthe SW'/. of <br />Section 15, Township 5 North, Range 68 West, 6'" Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is June 2002, and the proposed date of completion is June 2017. The <br />proposed future use of the land is agriailtural. <br />Additional information and the tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, 1313 Shaman Street, Roam 215, Denver, Colorado, 80203, (303) 866.3567, or at the Larimer <br />County Clerk and Recorder's Office, 200 W. Oak Street, Fort Collins, CO 80521 (970) 498-7050, or the <br />above named applicant. A complete copy of the application is available at the above-named Co~atty Clerk <br />and Recorder's office and at the Division's office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the Division <br />of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 p.m. on January 22, 2000. <br />Please note that underlhe provisiont ojCRS. 34-32.5-101.
