(the "Applicaztt") 3609 N. County Road 13, Loveland, Colorado, 80538, (970) <br />667-2178 has applied for a Regulaz (112) Reclamation Permit from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Hoard (the "Board") to conduct the extraction of construction materials operations in Lazimer County. This <br />information is to notify you of the location and natttre of the proposed operation. The enttre application is <br />on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the'Division") and the local county clerk or recorder. <br />The proposed mine is known as the Bonser Pit and is located in the SE '/. of Section 16, and the S W '/, of <br />Section 15, Township 5 Nortb, Range 68 West, 6m Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is June 2002, and the proposed date of completion is Jtme 2017. The <br />proposed future use of the land is agricultural. The applicant/opaator proposes to reclamt the affected land <br />to agricultural use. Ptasuant to Section 34-32.5-116(4xm),C.RS., the Board may confer with the coca] <br />Board of County Commissioners before approving of the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board <br />would appreciate yoty comments on dte proposed operation.
