(i.e. mining) Permit applications filed with this office, please know that

The applicant proposes to reclaim the site for -, r;varo rarraa ;nn .The
deadline for persons to file statements regarding this operation, of to
petition for a'hearing before the pfined Land Reclamation Board to consider
the granting of a F~ermit is set by law; for information please call this
office.
Prior to Board approval the applicant's proposed mining and reclamation
plans must be in confozmance with local zoning ordinances, subdivision
regulations, or master plan. Pursuant to Sections 34-32-109(6) and
34-32-115 (e) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation act, C.R.S. 34-32-101
et se ., please inform the .`fined Land Reclamation Division as to G'7e status
of the above captioned spate with regard to conformance with your local
zoning Iaws. The attached sheet is provided so that you might answer us in
a convenient, quick manner.
If we do not hear fz•om you before .August 18, .1982 we will assume
that the above minir~e operation is in conformance with local zonin4 and land
use.
Also, the applicant is required to place a copy of the application for public
inspection with the Clerk of the county in which the proposed .mine is situated.
It is the Board's ur.~derstanding that the Act intends foz the application to
be made available for public review and comment in an area close to the mine;
it is not intended that it be made a part of public record by recording.
The Board is tentatively scheduled to consider this application on
August 25.26. .1982 _
