Long <br />Division Director <br />The Division has received your letter of May 4, 1999 indicating the desire of the UDFCD to not <br />object to the regulaz 112 application recently submitted by CAMAS Colorado, Inc. for the <br />Cooley Reservoir & Fulton Wildlife Area. Therefore, the Division does not consider the <br />UDFCD to be a party to the hearing scheduled for the July 27-28, 1999 Boazd meeting. <br />However, you may address the Board on the day of the hearing and request permission to speak <br />as a member of the public.
