The site will be left well graded but will not be <br />topsoiled. Enough gravel will be salvaged from the resource stockpiles to coverthe ground <br />surface within the storage area with 4 to 6 inches of material. See letter from landowner in <br />Exhibit N. The lined berm for the fuel tank will be removed but the earthen berms around <br />the perimeter will remain for the landowner. <br />WEED CONTROL - If necessary, weed control measures will be employed for control of <br />any noxious weed species. Control measures will also be used if the growth of weed <br />species on the reclaimed area threatens further spread of the weeds to nearby areas. In <br />the event that weed control is required, herbicides will be those that are approved by the <br />Soil Conservation Service. A Weed Control Plan will be utilized as follows: <br />^ Asemi-annual inspection of all disturbed areas by trained weed control personnel. <br />^ Spot spray any identified infested areas with Tordon 22k Specialty Herbicide. <br />^ Inspect the infested area after 2 weeks and re-apply herbicide as required. <br />^ Inspect the site at 4-week intervals after the second inspection and re-spray as <br />required. <br />^ Any weed control refuse left from previous years growth will be burned on site. <br />TIMETABLE -Once the final pit is mined out, final reclamation will proceed immediately. <br />Moving the excess overburden into place on the highwall slopes will take approximately 1 <br />month, placing the excess naturals will fake approximately 0.5 months and re-topsoiling will <br />take 0.5 months. Seeding and mulching will take 0.5 months, therefore, the total time to <br />
