Teller St. <br />Lakewood.CO 80235 <br />Re: Receipt of 112 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit AppGcalion, Riverview Resources, <br />File No. M-99-098 <br />Dear Mr. Refer: <br />On October 20. 1999, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 112 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit <br />application for the Riverview Resources, which is located in Weld County. All comment and review periods began on <br />October 20, 1999. The decision date for your application is scheduled for January 18, 2000. <br />Within ten (10) days after submittal, yon must publish notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the loclity of the <br />proposed mining operation once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. Immediately' after the firs[ publication, mail a copy <br />of the notice to all owners of record of surface rigliis and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of the <br />boundary of the affected land. Proof of notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, must be <br />suburitted to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to We decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the <br />application on file in our office mus9 aLw be reflected in the public review copy which has been placed with the Weld Counn~ <br />Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Dnvion is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requtrrments of the Act.
