Park, CO 80863 <br />Re: Notice of Decision, Twin Creek Campground, File No. M-89-044 <br />Dear Mr. Pearce: <br />In accordance with Rule 3.2(4)(c), you are hereby notified ih at on <br />July 14, 1989, the Mined Land Reclamation Division approved with conditions <br />a 110 permit for the above-referenced application. The condition placed on <br />approval was submittal within 30 days of an engineering design for the outlet <br />spillway. The items of concern referenced in your letter were taken into <br />account in the review and decision on this permit. <br />As referenced in our letter to you dated June 27, 1989, you may appeal the <br />Division's decision to the Board. A request for administrative appeal must <br />be submitted to the Division by September 12, 1989. The request for <br />Administrative Appeal must include the permit file number and all factual <br />and legal questions which the Applellant wishes to have the Board decide. <br />If a request for Administrative Appeal is received, the Board, at its next <br />regularly scheduled meeting, will review the request and, if it finds good <br />cause, mall set a date fora hearing on the issues raised by the request. <br />Rules 3.2(4)(c) and (5) contain more informatior, about the decision and appeal <br />processes. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~~~ ~~ <br />John T.
