I hereby verify that the access road on the maps accurately <br />~' reflect the County stipulation described on the Special Use Permit. <br />2). The depth of top soil to be removed and replaced will be the <br />same on all three phases,(approximatly). wee Exhibit D; Mining <br />Plan and Exibit E; Reclamation Plan. <br />3).. Refer to answer number 2. <br />4). The topsoil stockpiles will be stabilized with a suitable cover <br />of vegetation in order to minimize deterioration. See Exibit D; <br />Mining Plan and Exibit E; Reclamation Plan. <br />5)« kefer to answer number 2. <br />6)« Present Vegetation types are illustrated in Exibit I. Refer to <br />S.C.S. recommendation. <br />'])„ The reclamation will run concurrent per each 'phase of mining. <br />See exibit D. of tha 14inimg Plan. <br />8). The cost for reclamation listed in the application is for the <br />total mine. (L103,600.00). The cost per phase will be 1/3 of that <br />total cost.
