Box 205, Maybell, CO 81640; (970) 272-3215, filed an application to conduct surface <br />extraction of constriction materials and reclamation, at or neaz Section 4, Township 6N, Range 95W, 6th Prime <br />Meridian, in Moffat County. Please be advised that the permit azea may be located in more than one Section, <br />Township, and Range. The application decision is scheduled for December 15, 2003. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Moffat County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office <br />of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make wmments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
