I made my written <br />presentations to the Board based on your original application materials, <br />our written adequacy exchanges to date, and your telephone replies to my <br />final adequacy letter of September 16, 1983. I will expect written <br />confirmation of those replies in [he very near future to complete our <br />files in this matter. <br />I have reviewed and approved the performance warranties for these <br />operations, with the substitutions of the legal descriptions (as Exhibit <br />A) for each operation as they appear on the permit documents. In that <br />regard, enclosed you will find two signed copies of the permits for these <br />operations. please have the Chairman of the Cheyenne County <br />Commissioners sign each permit copy in [he space indicated, having his <br />signature notarized in each case. Then, retain one copy of each permit <br />for your files, and return the other copy of each permit to our office <br />within two weeks. <br />Please be advised that all of your original application materials for <br />these pits, as well as any subsequent adequacy exchanges, are considered <br />an integral part of these permits and are incorporated by reference. It <br />is presumed that you have a copy of all of these materials; therefore, <br />none is enclosed. However, if you need a copy, please let us know and <br />one will be provided. <br />please feel free to call me if I can be of further assistance.
