After reviewing those <br />materials I am of the opinion that the proposed drilling plan poses no threat to any state or <br />federally listed threatened or endangered specie or to any critical habitat of a state or <br />federally listed threatened or endangered specie. <br />I hope this brief assessment sufficiently addresses the concerns of the Colorado Division of <br />Minerals and Geology.
