MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD/STATE OF COLORADO, Public Notice in conformance
with the Sunshine Administrative Procedures Ad, C.RS. 1973, the Mined Land Reclamation Board will
hold its monthly meeting on Apri125-26, 2001. The Meeting will be held at the Centennial Building,
1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado beginning at 10:00 a.m. on both days, unless
otherwise noticed.
The Board will consider approval of a 112c permit application for the S & H Mine site, a sand and
gravel operation located in Weld County. Permit No. M-2000-158 operated by Platte Sand and
Gravel, LLC. Legal Description: Portions of Sections 26 and 34-35, Township 4 North, Range
67 West, 6`" P.M. and portions of Section 2, Township 3 North, Range 37 West, 61h P.M.
