Permit # M-97-086
Per our conversation today, I am requesting this third
extension of the decision date for this permit from January 12,
1998 to February 26, 1998. This is caused by the wording in the
current regulations when an objection by adjoining owners is made
to an application. As I understand it only the board can make
the final decision and the Division issues a recommendation to
the Board. Since the February Board meeting is where the final
decision will be made it is necessary to extend the decision date
to that time.
Thanks for your help and clarifying the confusion on what
the Division's actions have to be in our case. If you have any
questions please call me at (303) 423-7297.
Sincerely,
Environment, Inc
.~~
Stevan L.
