Permit # M-1980-244. <br />Deaz Mr. Barnes <br />The Division has reviewed the ARD area spill containment, liner extension construction <br />quality assurance (CQA) monitoring report submitted on 12/23/03. The report was <br />reviewed to ensure that the approved material and construction specifications, as well as <br />material and construction testing, have been complied with and the liner construction was <br />in accordance with the approved design plan. <br />The review indicated, even though this azea will never be used to leach ore, the <br />appropriate testing protocol was followed in accordance with Rule 7.4 Of The Hard <br />Rocks and Metal Mining Rules and Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Boazd. <br />The report is in compliance with Rule 7.3 and is accepted by the Division. <br />If you have additional questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />erhanmaskal Keffelew <br />Reclamation Specialist <br />~m <br />Office of Office of Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines Geological Survey <br />
