PUBLIC NOTICE <br />D.G. HUSKIN CONSTRUCTION, CO., P.O. BOX 61, WETMORE, CO 81253, phone (719) <br />784-0415, has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation <br />Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions <br />of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The <br />proposed mine is known as the VELARDE PIT ,and is located at or near Sections 33,& <br />34, Township 26 South, Range 67 West, and Sections 3,& 4, Township 27 South, Range <br />67 West, 6'h Prime Meridian Huerfano County, Colorado. <br />The proposed date of commencement- is Spring, 2004, and the proposed date. of <br />completion is Spring 2030.
