The attention of the operator is directed to the necessity
of compliance with Colorado Water Law. The Division of
Water Resources has made recommendations concerning the
permit operation. The operator is encouraged to resolve
any differences regarding such recommendations with the
Division of Water Resources. If the operator chooses to
commence operations prior to resolution of any differences,
the State Engineer may take enforcement action under state
law.
