1 `~ <br />i <br />RECEIVED <br />~ NOV 2 22004 <br />~ PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Division ~f Minerals and Geology <br />Aggregate Industries-WCR, Inc., 1707 Cole Blvd., Golden, Colorado 80401, has filed an <br />application for a Regular (l l2) Construction and Materials Operation Reclamation Permit <br />with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado <br />Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine, <br />known as Tucson South Resource, is located in the Northeast '/4 and South %z of Section <br />1 and the Northwest '/a of Section 12, Township 1 South, Range 67W, 6`h Principal <br />Meridian, Adams County, Colorado. <br />The proposed date of commencement is 2005. The proposed date of completion is 2017- <br />2023. The proposed future use of the land is lined water storage reservoirs and upland or <br />wet meadow. <br />Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) <br />866-3567, or at the Adams County Clerk and Recorder's office; Adams County <br />Administration Building, 450 South 4th Avenue, Brighton, Colorado 80601, or the above <br />named applicant.
