Aggregate Industries must affirmatively state that baseline water levels have <br />been established for al[ wells within 600 feet of the proposed affected land. <br />Baseline levels for all wells within 600 feet cannot be confirmed without <br />permission from well owners to measure water levels on a quarterly basis. <br />Aggregate Industries has installed monitoring wells within the site and taken <br />monthly readings to establish baseline water levels at the site one year prior to <br />mining. Please also refer to item 3 above. <br />7. Aggregate Industries must agree to mitigate any significant negative impacts, <br />caused by dewatering operations, to the water supply for wells of owners within <br />600 feet of the proposed affected [and. <br />Please refer to our response to item 3 above. <br />Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs <br />I. Exhibit L will be reviewed after Aggregate Industries or its representative responds <br />to this adequacy review. <br />Noted. <br />As required by the DMG regulations, a copy of this information will be submitted to the <br />Adams County Clerk and Recorder on this date.
