I will answer your concerns in the order that you presented in your letter. <br />Rule 6.4.4 Exhibit D-Mining Plan <br />1. <br />a As stated in the original application the operator will set up on-site an aggregate <br />processing area consisting of various crushing and screening equipment which aze all <br />mobile and portable and will not require any permanent concrete foundations. As for the <br />Asphalt Hot Mix Batch Plant and the Concrete Batch Plant they are also to be mobile and <br />portable type plant that will not require any permanent concrete foundation that would <br />have to be demolished as part of the land reclamation. The Asphalt Hot Mix Batch Plant <br />and the Concrete Batch Plant will only be on-site for any Major Projects that might be <br />with-in the economical radius of the site. In other words only as the need arises will the <br />Asphalt and Concrete Batch Plant be stationed on-site. <br />b. As stated above the aggregate Processing equipment will be on site at all times and are <br />not on permanent foundations. The Asphalt Hot Mix Batch Plant and the Concrete Batch <br />Plant will be on-site only temporarily, only as needed for azea projects; no permanent <br />concrete foundation will be used. <br />c. As for water needed to be used for the operation of the process equipment, asphalt batch <br />plant and the concrete batch plant, it will be hauled in by tanker/truck and it will be <br />purchased from the City of Fowler, Colorado and/or any other legal and authorized <br />source that has water for sale. <br />2. <br />The water used for dust control will hauled in by tankerltmck and it will be purchased <br />from the City of Fowler, Colorado and/or any other legal and authorized source that has <br />water for sale. <br />
