Anticipated total depths for these wells are: 861- <br />feet for MDWs 20-04 and 20-05; and 1128-feet for MDWs 21-OS and 21-06. <br />4. Retention of drill logs by applicant. <br />Mountain Coal Company will retain in its files all drill logs and will make them available <br />for inspection by any authorized officer. Mountain Coal Company may conduct <br />geophysical logging and/ or collect core from this project. <br />5. Utilizing drill holes as water monitoring wells. <br />Mountain Coal Company does not anticipate encountering any significant aquifers during <br />this drilling program. Mountain Coal Company does not intend to complete any of these <br />holes as water monitoring wells. <br />6. Maps of Project Area <br />The attached "Technical Revision 103 MDWs 20-04, 20-05, 21-OS and 21-06"map at a <br />scale of 1" = 800' depicts the general locations of proposed drill pads, methane drainage <br />wells, and the new road. This map also shows the proposed MDWs in relation to the land <br />ownership, mine permit and lease boundaries and other mine features. <br />7.
