Seed must be distributed at <br />specified pounds per acre. <br />6. The pad areas will be fertilized (30-0-0, minimum NPK), seeded with the approved <br />seed mix, and mulched (certified weed-free straw). <br />7. The access roads will be restored as closely as possible to the approximate original <br />contour, re-seeded, fertilized, and mulched as above. <br />8. The drill pads and access roads reclamation procedure outlined above will apply only <br />to those azeas newly disturbed for this proposed project. Existing roads will be left in <br />a condition equal to or better than that observed on Mountain Coal Company's entry <br />into the azea. <br />9. Any coal recovered incidentally to this project will be in the form of cuttings or core <br />and would either be taken back to the mine site or disposed in the mud pits. <br />
