This letter is to confirm our understanding regarding the proposed gravel mining operation on the
RML Property Investors LLC (which Diamond G owns the sand and gavel) property east of
Milliken (northeast of the intersection of WCR 46 and State Highway 60). We have agreed in
principal that Aggregate Industries, Incorporated will mine your gravel from the property. It is
our understanding that we have your permission to proceed with the necessary permits to mine
the property and that we will not commence mining until we have executed an agreement that
outlines respective costs and responsibilities.
