• INTRODUCTION
All drainage and sediment control structures have been designed to
conform with the Performance Standards of Rule 4.15, Hydrologic
Balance. In July and August of 1987, all pond structures were
reviewed. In November 1989, all ditch and culvert structures were
reviewed.

to the Drainage and Sediment Control Map (Map 26).
